Since it’s inception RWI has moved with lot of activities till now i.e. eye camp, dental camps, sterilization camp, immunization camp, Central Rural Sanitation Project, para-legal training camps, plantation, agriculture development, Balwadi program, women development project, Non Formal Education project, Disaster mitigation program, Super cyclone relief and rehabilitation program, Public health and hygiene project, Oxfam Odisha Livelihood Employment Restoration Program (OOLERP), Child labour prevention centre (CLPC) DWCRA, Women SHG promotion, Women Empowerment Through Self Help (WETSH) project, Bamboo Regeneration activity, Flood relief program, street play for awareness, Model village sanitation program, Cash for work under flood relief program, Women Empowerment through Institutional Growth and Equity (WEIGE), Computer training for youth. Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction Management (CBDRRM) Project. Sanitation intervention in Puri Project, Line transplantation program under RKVY, Skill development for Panchayatiraj Institution members of Astaranga Block, Just Governance, Sustain livelihood program, Akshya India Tb project, Formation and promotion of Joint Liability Groups (JLG), Business Facilitation by SBI. State level Seminar on problem related to Early Childhood Care Education Policy, Implementing and Evaluating Low Cost Interventions to Improve Latrine Use project, Skill development of farmers under Project Atal, FANI Cyclone-2019 relief supported to 3000 school children under Child Friendly Space(CFS)project-School bag, learning material, Solar lamp,sports materials & joyful learning from 6months with GP level child fair, food, tarpoline solar lamp,cloth for 300 House Holds with Medicines through 3 Health camps, 300 House Hold are supplied Tarplin Solar lamp, 150 hh are provided mosquito net etc.

Recently RWI has promoted one Producers Group at Hansapada village having 65 rural women those who are engaged in betel vine (Pan cultivation) and poultry farming.

ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଶିବିର। ନିମାପଡା,(,ଖବର) ପୁରୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ନିମାପଡା ବ୍ଳକର ଓ୍ବାର୍ଡମେମ୍ବର ମାନଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଶିବିର ଚଅଁରପଦା ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ହଂସପଡାଠାରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ଯ କଲ୍ଯାଣ ସଂସ୍ଥା  ପରିସରରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ତିନି ଦିନ ଧରି ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ଶିବିର କୁ ନିମାପଡ଼ା ବ୍ଳକ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ  ଶଙ୍କର ଭୋଇ ଉଦଘାଟିତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମ ଓଡିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ ବିଭାଗ ଏବଂ ରାଜ୍ଯ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ଯ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ (SIRD) ଦ୍ବାରା ପରିଚାଳିତ ହେଉଛି। ଏହି ତିନିଦିନିଆ  ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଶିବିର ରେ ଡେଣୁଅଁ, ଚଅଁରପଦା ଓ ଧଳେଶ୍ବର ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ୪୦ ଜଣ ଓ୍ବାର୍ଡ ମେମ୍ବର ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ନିମାପଡା ବ୍ଳକ ବିଡିଓ  ବସନ୍ତ କୁମାର ମଲ୍ଲିକ ନିଜର ପ୍ରେରଣାଦାୟୀ ବକ୍ତବ୍ଯ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବାପରେ ଭିଲିଗ୍ରାମ ସରପଞ୍ଚ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅରବିନ୍ଦ ମଲ୍ଲିକ ଏବଂ ଚଅଁରପଦା ସରପଞ୍ଚ ଶ୍ରୀ ତପନ କୁମାର ମଲ୍ଲିକ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ରର ତୃଣମୂଳ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିଭାବେ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ସଚେତନ ହେବାପାଇଁ ମତ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ତାଲିମଦାତା ଶ୍ରୀ ରଞ୍ଜନ ବିଶ୍ବାଳ ଓ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଶୋକ ସ୍ବାଇଁ ଏମି ତାଲିମର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ  ଓ ବିଷୟ ବସ୍ତୁ ଉପରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ । RWI କର୍ମୀ ଶଙ୍କର୍ଷଣ ଜେନା ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାସେବୀ ପିଙ୍କୀ, ପୂଜା, ମିତା,ରେବତୀ, ସତ୍ଯ, ସୂରଜ, ଦୀପକ, ବବିତା, ଗନୀ, ନଗ୍ନା, ବିଶ୍ବମ୍ବର, ଚିତ୍ତ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ । RWI  ର ସାଧାରଣ ସଂପାଦକ ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଭାକର ନନ୍ଦ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକ୍ରମ କୁ ସୁପରିଚାଳନା କରିବା ସହିତ ୨୦୦୪ ମସିହାରେ ମିଶନ ଶକ୍ତିର ମୁଖ୍ଯ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ସ୍ବରଚିତ (ଆମେ ସବୁ ଯେତେ ଗାଆଁ ଝିଅ ବୋହୂ) ଗାଇ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ମୁଗ୍ଧ କରିଥିଲେ।
